LaTonyia Hewett is a dual degree northwest native with a love for all things therapy. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an Occupational Therapist, LaTonyia is an expert at providing the care needed to restore and progress patients back to a top tier quality of life. LaTonyia discovered her love for health and fitness while playing high school and collegiate women’s basketball. When getting injured she had the best Occupational and Physical Therapist that helped her get back on the court and back to the sport that she loved. After her experience she was hooked. LaTonyia graduated from the University of Saint Augustine with honors in 2008 with a Master’s in Occupational therapy then in 2009 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Since 2009, she has continued to receive extensive training and knows the importance of individualized evidence-based therapy and its impact on quality of life. LaTonyia has the extensive training needed to treat back pain, other orthopedic disorders, movement disorders, dry, balance training, post-operative rehabilitation, and neurological rehabilitation.
